A Legal Nurse Consultant is a Registered Nurse who uses existing expertise as a healthcare professional and specialized Legal Nurse training to consult on medical-related cases.

Utilizing an LNC to attend your client's DME will save you valuable time. Our LNCs will assist in preparing your client for the examination, advocate on their behalf to ensure compliance with the code of civil procedure, audio record the entire exam, and provide you with a detailed professional summary. Should your case proceed to trial, our LNCs are available to serve as fact witnesses.

Both the recording and the report are typically available within 72 hours of the appointment.

JLNG will call your client 1-2 days before their appointment to introduce them to their LNC, prepare them for the DME, and answer any questions they may have.

You'll need to provide JLNG with the date, time, and location of the appointment.
